Beautiful Nebula came into Palm Beach County Animal care and Control and immediately became overly stressed and was added to the euthanasia list. We pulled her thanks to a comitted foster who refused her as soon as transport showed up. Why? She has a loud bark. She is a very sweet girl, very smart and very mellow, yet she is absolutely terrified of a crate. She loves to go on walks but needs some reactivity training when she sees another dog.
