My name is Sanders!

Sanders came to the shelter as a timid little guy, but with the patience and care of our dedicated staff and volunteers, he has blossomed into a sweet and happy pup. While he still has a touch of anxiety, he has come a long way and now enjoys interacting with people and other dogs. He may be a bit shy at first, but once he gets to know you, his loving and playful nature shines through. He loves going for walks and playing in the yard, making him a great companion for an active family or individual. Sanders does well with other dogs and enjoys their company. However, he should not be placed in a home with cats. He does fine with children, however he would prefer older kids who will be mindful of giving him his space. Sanders would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and playtime.
