Meet Kobe, a joyful bundle with a heart full of love for humans and dogs alike. Though a bit shy and scared of loud noises, his soulful eyes will melt your heart. Kobe adores giving sweet kisses, playing with his favorite toys, and romping around with his foster siblings. He's always up for a fun play session but also loves to cuddle up next to you. Kobe is looking for a loving home where he can share his affection and soak up all the love and comfort he deserves. Kobe is nearing two years old.
