At the shelter, adopters will be able to meet a maximum of three (3) pets per visit, with ten (10) minutes per pet.

Adoptions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are the primary agency responsible for lost pet care, animal abuse investigations and animal rescue in Multnomah County.
