Guinness is a 3 month old, sweetheart who is learning more every day about how to be the best boy. He knows his crate is a safe place to rest for his next adventure, and we are sleeping through the whole night (10pm-5:30am).
We already know how to sit and lay down for treats, and we are working on shake. He also sits to let us know when he is ready to come back inside.
Potty training is going well. He knows how to hold it while in his crate, and he is using his potty pads by the door. We always do #2 outside! Such a good boy.
His foster home has two cats who are very tolerant as he learns to coexist.
Guinness loves to play with his toys and has lots of puppy energy. Sometimes we see hands and toes as toys too, so we are working on knowing the difference. He absolutely loves to be outside and is having fun chasing down grasshoppers as they jump around him. He loves to play fetch and responds well to squeaky toys.
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
