My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Who didn't want to have a 🐴 at some point in their life? However, horses are expensive and huge and most of us never get them. Here's your chance to have your own "mini pony" that can live in the house with you and won't be as expensive or time consuming as a real horse. Dane Cook is not only the right color to be a pony, but he even has the "blaze" on his face. 🐕 Dane Cook is 7 months now and 72 lbs. At the rate he's growing we're pretty sure this Dane mix is going to make it to triple digits when he's full grown. 💯

Dane Cook is a gentle giant. He loves his small playmates as well as larger ones. 🐾 At times it seems he doesn't know his size with people but with dogs he seems to get it. He's also a water loving boy who would like playing in a doggie pool or possibly a big pool or pond. 💧

Dane Cook is an amazing dog with an amazing personality. Despite being at the shelter for 58 days. 🏡 Dane keeps his inside kennel clean and uses his outside kennel only when he can't get out of the kennel for bathroom breaks. 🚽

Please consider adding Dane Cook to your family! Not sure if he'll fit in? No problem! Take him home for a week and see how it goes! 🏠

Dane Cook's adoption fee is $225 and includes all 3 DAPP vaccines, dewormer, flea & tick treated, he will be microchipped and scheduled for neuter and rabies upon adoption.

You can apply online for them at Apply Here OR stop into the shelter from 12-5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption. 🕒

Preapproved? Please call us at 📞 937-393-2110 or message us on Facebook to let us know who you are interested in meeting.

Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption. 🐶❤️
