My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gordo is a male chihuahua mix born 4/29/24. He is current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped & his neuter appointment is scheduled.

Gordo is all puppy - he eats, plays, poops/pees & sleeps. He is potty pad trained, loves to play with toys & gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & we can only assume cats. He will need all of his puppy training! We do not know his exact breed or mix. His mom weighs around 11lbs currently.

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.
