Meet Donatello!

Donatello is an adorable black and white male puppy born in November 2023. Donatello is a sweet and friendly pup who gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He knows commands like sit and stay and is very good with children, always ready to give kisses. While he's still working on perfecting his house training, he's eager to learn and grow with a patient family. Donatello would excel in a home that is active and can give him regular exercise and stimulation. If you're looking for a loving and playful companion, Donatello might be the perfect match for you. It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
