Hello, I'm Blaze! As a puppy, I'm full of energy and love to play. I'm always ready for a good cuddle session and I'm very sweet. I get along great with kids and other dogs, so I'd fit right in with a busy, fun-loving family. I'm still learning the ropes of potty training, but I'm a quick learner and eager to please. My days are filled with playtime, naps, and lots of tail wagging. I'm looking for a family who will continue to help me learn and grow. Adopt me and let's create a lifetime of memories together!

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

*Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.*

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
