Foster cat's bio for their adoption profile: Trigger is a special boy who has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which can sound scary. But, many FIV cats live relatively normal lives.

But 3 little letters don't stop Trigger from being an absolute sweetheart. He likes to rub up on your legs or snuggle up in your lap. He loves playing, especially with his brother, Neo. And while he loves attention, he is also happy to just hang out and snooze in his favorite bed.

He has met children, and while he mostly keeps his distance from all of the energy and action, he cannot resist chasing a wand toy or getting treats from his little friends.

Trigger is very food motivated, so if you happen to walk by his food dish, he will come running to see if any snacks are being offered.

Any special needs or traits the adopter should know about? (we may add this to the bio): FIV, a little bit shy when first arriving to a new home

More about this rescue

Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
