Hello, hoomans! I'm **Nikki**, a charming 6-year-old Schnauzer mix with a beautiful black and brown coat! 🐶 Weighing 8.3 kg, I'm a sweet and calm boy looking for my forever home. Here’s a bit about me:

💖 I'm very affectionate and love to approach everyone, rubbing against you for pets and cuddles, whether we’ve just met or are old friends.

🍖 I might be a bit shy at first, but give me a snack, and I’ll quickly warm up to you and enjoy being touched.

🐾 You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly. I’m friendly with other dogs, greeting them and asking them to play, but I always avoid confrontation, even if provoked.

😺 I haven’t had much experience with cats, so my reaction to them is still a mystery.

🌳 I enjoy outdoor activities with a normal energy level. After some fun outside, I prefer to rest quietly at home. I'm very calm and hardly ever bark.

🚶‍♂️ I generally do my business outside and am likely to mark my territory in a new place. I’m well-behaved and easy to take care of.

✂️ I do need regular grooming because of my beautiful hair, but I promise to sit still and look adorable during the process.

Most of our dogs are currently in Korea. After we give approvals, we arrange the flight schedule for rescued dogs. Some of our rescued dogs are being fostered in GTA. Please check their locations on profiles.

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
