Will she be your Valentine? She is 60lbs of love and though she is listed at 4 years old, we suspect she’s a more mature lady. She is mellow and easy going around the house and is currently in foster with little dogs. She did well with dogs of all sizes in shelter playgroups, though she preferred pets from her volunteer friends and meandering around the yard to high energy play.

Valentine is leash, crate, and house trained and would love to meet you!

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers and rescuers combining our skills to help fosters get a dog out of the shelter! The dogs in our program have begun house, crate, and leash training. Our fosters follow a handful of house rules. The transition to a new home is easiest for your dog when these structures are carried over for some time and privileges are gradually introduced. This helps minimize anxiety and behavioral issues.
