Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our handsome and courageous rottweiler pup, Doc! We rescued from the brink of death and given a second chance at life! This brave boy was facing the ultimate fate of being euthanized simply because of a cold and lack of space at the shelter. But fear not, for he has emerged victorious and is now thriving in our care.
At just about a year old, this young pup has already shown incredible resilience and a heart of gold. He is a true people-lover, always eager to shower affection and wag his tail at the sight of a friendly face. His gentle nature extends to his interactions with other dogs, as he plays and frolics with boundless energy and joy.
But that's not all - we are currently putting our rottweiler pup through the ultimate test of compatibility with cats and horses. Will he rise to the challenge and show his true colors as a well-rounded and adaptable companion? Only time will tell, but we have high hopes for this charming pup.
Equipped with basic obedience skills and a knack for walking well on a leash, our rottweiler pup is a quick learner and eager to please. He thrives on positive reinforcement and would greatly benefit from ongoing training and guidance to help him reach his full potential as a well-behaved and obedient companion.
So, if you're seeking a loyal and loving partner who is as brave as he is sweet, look no further than our rottweiler pup, Doc.. He is ready to embark on new adventures and create lasting memories with a forever family who will cherish and adore him for the courageous spirit that he is. Adopt Doc today and watch as he blossoms into the magnificent companion you've always dreamed of.
Our Adoption Process... If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption.
please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas. If you live in Vegas and would like us to consider you, please fill out an application.
