Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! I'm Blessing, a 13-years young, long haired black neutered male. Don't let my age fool you. I'm an active playful guy that keeps the staff entertained with my antics. I'm really friendly too. I'm good with older kids but not great with other cats or dogs. I arrived at Safe Place when my owner of many years moved to hospice.
I will need regular brushing to keep my beautiful long locks looking great, but I like to be brushed so that's easy. My favorite things include playing in the tunnels at Safe Place, sitting on the couch with you while you admire me, and chasing the feather wand.
My $100 adoption donation includes FVRCP cat vaccs, Rabies, a microchip, FeLV/FIV blood test, and a recent visit with the veterinarian. Safe Place will include a bag of my favorite food too.

Please check out our available pets and contact us to let us know which one(s) interest you. We'll arrange a site visit to your home and a meet-and-greet with your prospective pet once we have had a phone chat to determine if our rescue pet is a good fit for you and you for him/her. If you and the pet decide it's true love, we'll have you fill out an adoption contract and ask for an adoption donation (rather than a fee) of $100 per cat and $200 per dog. A certificate of adoption is mailed to you once the process is complete.
