This gorgeous girl came to us from a kind individual in Harper Woods who had been feeding her in their neighborhood. They managed to bring her to safety, but upon arrival, Harper Lee made it clear that she wasn’t ready for human affection just yet. At first, we weren’t sure if she’d warm up, but with time, patience, and lots of love, she revealed her true self—a total sweetheart who loves nothing more than snuggling with her favorite people.

Submit Application

Once you submit an application, one of our dedicated adoption volunteer coordinators will contact you.

2.
Meet the Pet

Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.

3.
Approve Application

The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!
