Here's what the humans have to say about me:
CLARE is in New England and is available for meet and greets with approved applicants!
CLARE is little Miss Independent. She is timid at first with new people, but once she knows she is safe, she lets her personality come out! CLARE is very curious about the world and wants to see and learn all it has to offer. CLARE is potty trained and crate trained.
CLARE, her two siblings and her mom were saved from a very bad situation. Several of CLARE's siblings passed away. CLARE was infested with worms, Giardia, two different kinds of mange and she was suffering from malnutrition. She needed to be monitored very closely by her foster mom, which included being fed milk twice a day. CLARE fought hard to be here and is hoping you will provide her with her forever home!

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue
A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.
ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
