My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Aloe. He is a cute boy that can be brave once he is comfortable
with someone. It is just hard. This dog came to us from an overwhelmed
and overcrowded kennel environment. We dont have any information about
his behavioral history previously, yet we do know that most of the dogs
were found to be thin, living in unsanitary conditions without regular
access to clean bedding, food, and water. It is likely that he spent most
or all of his time in his kennel without much opportunity for learning
about normal dog things like meeting new people or dogs, living in a
home, etc. Transitions will likely be difficult for Aloe. Hell need an
adopter willing to give extra time and patience as Aloe adjusts to his new
world. He will need help learning all dog things like house training,
walking on a leash or playing with toys. Aloe does not want to live with
another dog. He could possibly live with a cat or with children that will
respect this frightened dog. Do you think you have the time and home and
heart for this good boy? If so, come visit Aloe at the MSPCA Methuen
location Tuesday-Sunday 12PM-4:30PM.
