My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, my name is Ritz! I was hand selected for K9's For Warriors service dog program from North Florida Animal Rescue and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9's in February of this year, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living. While I may be a bit shy making new friends at first, I bond very strongly with my humans once given a chance. My ideal day would be getting pets from my favorite people, playing with toys and running with dog friends! My personal favorite pass time is chowing down on a tasty kong filled with peanut butter or a tough squeaky toy. I would prefer a calmer environment, but would love a dog friend to help me come out of my shell more! Although I didn't want to have a full-time job, I am very peanut butter motivated and eager to please. I even already know most of my basic cues! I am spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and eagerly waiting for my furever home!
