Medical Needs: Has a heart murmur but it's not currently causing him any problems 

Housebroken: Yes, but he won't alert you. You have to watch for pacing, or set him on a schedule.

Crate trained: Yes 

Good in the car: Yes

Good on a leash:  Not terrible, but not great. He doesn't seem to know what to do and would much rather be carried.
 
Energy level: Low

Need a fenced in yard: Not required 

Dog Friendly: Yes, but prefers them on the calm side. Being trampled is no fun for a little guy.

If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive homes? No

Cat Friendly? Unknown, but he'd likely be scared of them.

Kid Friendly: Unknown 

If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with?  10+ for his own happiness. He is not a fan of fast movements or a lot of noise. 

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? 

Rudy is a quiet, easygoing little fellow. He's timid at first, but after a brief warm-up period, he's ready to be loved. He enjoys snuggling up with people or in his bed with a blanket. His ideal home would be quiet with owners who understand that sometimes he wants to sit in your lap and demand attention, and sometimes he wants be alone and hide under the bed. Everyone needs their downtown.
