Meet Ellen, our adorable 3-month-old heeler-pointer mix who is ready to find her forever home! This little bundle of energy is beautifully black and white speckled, making her stand out in any crowd. Ellen is as sweet as can be, always eager to shower her humans with love and affection.

Ellen is already leash trained, making her an excellent companion for those daily walks or jogs. She is crate and house trainied. This smart pup is quick to learn and eager to please, which makes training a fun and rewarding experience.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and will thrive in a home with a canine companion or as the center of attention. Ellen is fostered with cats, and is curious, but gets along with them! She likes, all toys, kongs, lick mats, and playing fetch. Ellen is expected to be about 35 pounds when fully grown, the perfect size for cuddles and adventures alike.

Ellen is looking for an active family who has the time and patience to continue her training and provide the love and stimulation she needs. With her lively spirit and loving nature, Ellen will make a fantastic addition to any home ready for the joys and responsibilities of raising a puppy. Submit Application

Please submit a brief online questionnaire so that we may get to know you a little better. www.fluffanimalrescue.org/to-adopt

Interview

Once we have had a chance to review your pet needs, one of our volunteer adoption counselors will be in touch for a phone conversation.

3.
Meet the Pet

Once the phone interview is complete, we hope that a match has been made with a potential adopter and a pet from our rescue.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the pet is determined to be a good fit, the adoption agreement is signed and the adoption fee is collected.

We require a completed **Online Adoption Questionnaire, and an adoption release form which details the adoption agreement and expectations of the adopter after the animal has been adopted.

Our pets are all safe in foster homes located in and around the Tampa Bay area. If you would like to meet one of our furry friends, the first step is to fill out an online questionnaire which will immediately come to our inbox for review. You will then be contacted by us to further discuss your potential new furry friend. We also provide our furry friends the opportunity to attend local adoption events whenever possible, and several of our available pets will be available at our new thrift store location during store hours: 9400 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772 Please check our website for details regarding any upcoming events!

FLUFF Animal Rescue- established to save the lives of animals. Through community awareness, public assistance, education and rescue-to-rehome, we aim to address and confront animal over-population and shelter over-crowding. We believe that together, we CAN save them all. We are a 501c3 not-for-profit public charity established in January 2016. We are fully funded through generous contributions and support from our donors and friends like you who care about the needs of homeless animals. We provide homes to the homeless, food for the hungry, health and medical care to those who are injured or sick, and relieve shelters of serious over-crowding by rescuing to rehome animals who may not have survived the shelter environment.
