My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Daphne, aka Sunbury #134. I've never had a name, a bed, or a family before, but I'm eager to be part of yours. I'm around 4 years old but feel like a puppy since I missed out on that stage. I love being by your side and do well in my crate after morning cuddles, breakfast, and a bathroom break.

I tend to go potty right after eating, so watch out if you're in a hurry! I'm strong and excitable, so I'm best with kids over 12. I get along great with other dogs; my foster siblings Molly and Gus have taught me how to play and understand dog language.

I'm curious about cats but respectful after a hissing encounter. I'm a bit scared of cars and get motion sick, so I need reassurance. I'm smart and eager to please, and with some training, I'll thrive. While I'm still adjusting to life beyond my chain, I'm learning quickly.

I'm working on house training and need patient encouragement. Outside can be intimidating, but with your support, I'll gain confidence. My foster family says I'm incredibly sweet and submissive. I'd love to meet you and show you what a good girl I am!
