My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Currently attending our Paws-in-Prison program! That means she is learning all kinds of amazing things! Obedience and some tricks too! APPLY NOW and once she graduates you can start your trial run! Graduation is approx. March.

Absolutely the sweetest little pups! They have had a great mama dog that has taught them well. Now it's time to find their new human parents to help teach them the rest!

Mama is a Plott Hound mix and dad we do not know! Mama has an extremely sweet personality and is very gentle. She is very friendly with everyone!

Before completing an application, please take into consideration breed characteristics, puppy shenanigans and the size at full grown.

-I am full of razor sharp puppy teeth and LOVE to chew.
-I am not house trained or crate trained. (working on it)
-I need exercise, play time, mental enrichment time NOT confined to tons of crate time!
-I need quality time spent with them to learn their proper manners, obedience training, house training and LOTS of time to properly socialize them.
-I have had a rough start to life and need the best home possible for me to learn about love and loyalty.
-We only place our dogs and puppies into home that meet "their needs.

Be sure to visit our Facebook page for additional pictures and information on our rescues!

If adopting a puppy underage, we cover spay/neuter at 6 months.

More about this rescue

Developing highly adoptable dogs through our positive reinforcement rehabilitation training program.

This program is designed to save, rehabilitate, train, and rehome dogs that have been abandoned, abused, neglected, placed on death row, or misunderstood.

We give dogs a second chance to have a happy life!

Our Founder & President
" I was born to be a voice for the voiceless! This is deep rooted in my soul. From an incredibly young age, I have been their voice and continue to be heard"

Our founder and president, Judy Troyer, is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. She not only trains obedience but also focuses her advanced training on understanding aggression & rehabilitation protocols. She uses positive reinforcement techniques, for our rescues training and rehabilitation. With her knowledge and training style, many dogs have been given a second chance to live a healthy happy life.

Judy is a big advocate for clear communication, pain free and force free training techniques and is the voice for so many misunderstood dogs!

Our Team
We are animal loving volunteers who spend our lives dedicated to our rescues. We work very hard to help with the rescue's training and help them become highly adoptable & happy dogs! We believe every dog deserves a second chance to be understood and to learn how to live appropriately in the human world. We are consistent with our training techniques and have seen amazing transformations in dog behaviors. We go above and beyond for those that can't speak for the themselves.

Joining our team, you will learn many amazing training techniques, understand dog body language and be making a huge difference in the life of a rescue!
