Tippytoes is a sweet cat who will look you in the eyes. He's a loud purrer, and he loves those cat tunnels and trees. He needs to have an older or younger cat friend or his brother, Panda, who is also awaiting adoption. Both were born March 28 to a feral mom who has been returned to her Portage Lakes territory.

Our purpose is to improve the well-being of cats and their caretakers by way of:
- Rescuing cats from situations that are dangerous to themselves or their caretakers
- Providing temporary foster homes and medical attention to the cats in our care
- Finding quality permanent families for adoptable cats
- Providing TNR services for community cats who cannot be adopted, including ensuring these community cats have a designated caretaker
