My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cat is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $50 if picked up in TN. Visit http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ to apply.

Say "hello" to Steven! Are you ready to add a burst of laughter and joy to your home? Meet Steven, a one-year-old Domestic Short Hair Brown Tabby who’s bound to steal your heart with his playful energy and comic relief.   Steven is a bundle of energy and entertainment.  His playful nature and hilarious personality will keep you smiling all day long.  Steven isn’t just a friend to humans; he adores his feline and canine buddies too. Whether it's a friendly wrestle with a fellow cat or a game of tag with a dog, Steven loves the company of other pets. And kids? They’re Steven’s favorite playmates! One thing you should know about Steven: wet food is a must and a continuing diet of a specific dry kibble to prevent tummy issues - and his dream home will offer his favorite Churu treats each day.  This little gourmet has a taste for the finer things in life and will come running as soon as he hears the can open.  Steven will come when called by his name and listens well as he's eager to please.   His love for wet food is just one of the many endearing quirks that make Steven, Steven. Steven is not just a pet; he’s a source of endless entertainment and unconditional love. Although he doesnt love to be held he will tolerate it but instead likes to come to you when he is ready for cuddles and pets.  In his home he will need a feline playmate or two and hopefully a kiddo or k-9  friend too.  His hilarious antics and loving nature make him the perfect companion for any household. If you’re looking for a playful, friendly, and utterly adorable addition to your family, Steven is the one for you.

THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents.

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
