Chance was adopted from a abusive home where they constantly kept him in a crate and barely fed him unfortunately the owner that took him from that horrible situation became homeless and had to chain him up next to the store he worked at! Unfortunately then chance was taken in by a rescue then dumped and abandoned at his Foster's house. 😭 Peanuts Rescue finally took him in and is now looking for his forever home that won't abandon him!
