Meeko is the coolest boy! He’s 3 years old, 50 pounds and is a Purebred Happy Dog!! Ok, actually Meeko is probably a Shepherd/Rottie mixed. Meeko was transferred to NCAS from Van Buren Animal Control due to their extremely overcrowded conditions. We're glad we could help another shelter get through this crisis!! Meeko loves sniffing and kicking the dirt proudly with his big smile! His perfect home will be as active and happy as he is. Meeko is more than ready to be your next Best Friend!!
The adoption fee for dogs is $90.
This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies, Bordetella & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents).

The dog adoption fee is $90.00. This includes the dog is spayed/neutered, has its Dhlpp, a deworming, a heartworm test, a rabies vaccine, and a Newaygo County Dog License. The cat adoption fee is $65 and includes the cat is spayed/neutered, dewormed and negative for FeLV/FIV. By law, all animals adopted from an animal shelter must be spayed or neutered. We are required by state law to collect a spay/neuter fee. An adoption agreement must be completed at the time of adoption. Please Spay and Neuter Your Pets!!!
