My name is Rooster!

Rooster is a 1 year old male Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix who is an absolute sweetheart who loves to cuddle and play. He is GREAT with other dogs, and will play at the dog beach for hours with any dogs who will play with him. He loves to run off leash (he's a great running buddy, but he'll tire after 2 miles), swim in any body of water, fetch anything you throw, snuggle up on your lap (all 75lbs of him) and chase any and all lizards in the yard. He's very obedient around the house with commands and is crate trained and knows to leave human food alone. He has a wonderful disposition and loves going out to restaurants, bars, etc. It breaks our hearts to part with Rooster, but his size and energy level have led to some close calls with our infant daughter. We believe he deserves a home where he can thrive without restrictions.
