My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We consider this good-looking boy a hidden gem! His owner went into nursing care and the family couldn't keep him. Luckily he found his way to us and is now safe.

Ceasar was shy at first but has now joined the group and take pets from those caring for him. We just found out he likes to play! There is every indication he will thrive in a home where he is given the time and understanding he needs to feel loved and safe again. Ceasar has lots of good years ahead of him and we're confident he has a lot of love to give as well.

Ceasar's handsome orange and white tabby fur coat is accented by green eyes. He loves food and toys, and likely is missing the attention he had with his previous owner.

We are in a rural location and cover a large area with small communities far apart. We tailor our adoption process to fit the needs of each adoption, whether it be a home visit or other specific situation. Adoptions are allowed to proceed only after careful checking of the situation for each animal.

Rescued Animals In Need is a no kill organization whose main focus is rescuing lost, abandoned, abused, neglected or unwanted animals and helping them find their forever homes. We work hard to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats by providing education and financial assistance (when available) for spay/neuter programs to help prevent unwanted and uncontrolled pregnancies for animals in our communities. Including a program for the voiceless and often ignored feral cats. We have full non-profit 501(c)3 status with the State of California.
