Lansdale (aka Lanie)!

Lanie, one of the sisters to Hattie, is a fun loving approx 12 week old mixed breed puppy in search of her forever home.

We have no idea what Lanie is mixed with. Possibly some Dachshund and smallish hound (beagle?) but it is all a best guess, really we have no idea. Our best guess is they will be small to medium sized when full grown.

Lanie, like her sisters, has all the important puppy skills down pat. That is essentially playing, giving kisses and being cute. She is super treated motivated and would love to be the star of a training class or program. Lanie has started working on crate and house training but still needs work in these areas.

Lanie, like many pups that come from humble beginnings, is learning lots of things about the world and building her confidence with new things. She is looking for a committed adopter that at minimum will take her to puppy & socialization classes to keep her on the right path.

Lanie's adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations, microchip and spay. She is also up to date on preventatives. She will be available starting 6/29

Dog Town Rescue's standard adoption fees range from $250-$450, depending on the age, size and type of an individual dog.

There is an adoption application and contract required. Landlord references are checked for any restrictions for potential adopters who rent, as are vet references.
Resident animals should be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations, unless there is a medical reason.

A dog meet with be required with any resident dogs to ensure it is a good match and all children ages 12 and under should also come meet the potential new dog.

Dog Town is a doggy daycare, boarding and grooming facility in Montgomery County, PA. We also now have rescue dogs that we house and care for until they are adopted. Most of our dogs are at high risk of euthanasia and come directly from local Philadelphia are shelters.
