My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Syrup, a stunningly handsome dog with a personality as sweet as his name suggests. His energy is infectious and although Syrup can be a bit shy at first, once he warms up to you, he's your best friend for life! Syrup prefers a home with children aged 10 and up, and without any feline family members. Syrup has been working on his basic obedience skills and is picking up commands quickly. Now he's looking for a forever home with someone who is patient and can help him build confidence and feel secure. Think Syrup is the one for you? Don't delay, Syrup is waiting for you!

Anytime during open hours, no appointment needed. We also house adoptable cats at the Horseheads and Ithaca PetSmarts as well as Sondra's City Zoo in Elmira. Every other month, we alternate off-site adoption events between IRFCU in Sayre, PA and the Williamsport PetSmart.
