Special Needs: Chewy is a senior dog with limited socialization. She becomes panicked in unfamiliar environments and around new people. It is improbable that this behavior will change at this stage of her life. For adoption, the presence of another dog in the home is essential, along with a fenced area where she can walk without a leash.
