Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otis is a charming dog blessed with a friendly and cheerful nature. He gets along well with people and other dogs he has encountered at the sanctuary. However, he tends to guard his food if he suspects someone might take it away. Otis is in need of an adopter who can support his heartworm treatment, as he is presently heartworm positive.
