Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐾MOOSE🐾
*** Application link is below & must be submitted prior to a meet and greet.
(Indoor-only, no declawing, needs a playmate, Utah residents only, 21+.)
🐾 Meet Moose, the future best friend you’ve been searching for! 🐱✨ Moose is an incredibly active and energetic boy who adores playing with any toy he can get his paws on. 🎾🐾 From feather wands to laser pointers, if it moves, Moose is on it!
He absolutely loves his humans and will follow them everywhere they go. Whether they’re making breakfast, working from home, or just relaxing on the couch, Moose will be right by their side. 🥰👣
Moose is also quite the chatterbox! 🗣️ He’ll let his family know when it’s mealtime or if he’s just in the mood for a chat. 🍗🕰️
When Moose first came into his foster mom’s care, he was in pretty rough shape and almost didn’t make it. But thanks to her loving care, he has bounced back and is now as healthy and happy as can be. 💪❤️
** Moose must go to a home with another playful cat (or he can be adopted with a second kitty for half the adoption fee!). He needs an indoor-only home with plenty of room to run around, cat trees to climb on, and toys to play with. His new family should provide lots of love, attention, and playtime. **
Moose does great with other cats after proper introductions and would likely do okay with cat-friendly dogs after proper introductions as well. He does well with respectful, older children and is litter box trained.
If you’re looking for a lively, loving, and talkative companion, Moose is your guy. Come meet him and start your adventure together! 🏡💕

Friends of Community-Cats Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an incredible team of volunteers, dedicated to rescuing and saving the lives of cats and kittens whom are abandoned, neglected, sick, injured, unwanted or would otherwise be euthanized in shelters. We work with multiple shelters in Utah and are part of the Best Friends Animal Society Coalition aiming to make Utah a no-kill state.
We take in the abandoned, abused, unwanted, neglected, geriatric and neonatal, sick and injured and cats with severe behavioral problems. We get the cats medical care, rehabilitation and bring them back to health and prepare them for adoption. We have a great adoption program in which we spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip the cats and kittens before placing them into loving, adoptive homes.
We participate in Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. We provide food, shelters and medical care for more than 100 community cats daily. We also assist low income families with medical care and food for their animals.
We are 100% volunteer and foster based and rely on donations from the public to keep our organization running. We mostly focus on cats, however we do help other animals as well, such as dogs, small animals and livestock.
Our director, Kali Cristaudo, founded this organization in 2012. Since then, we have grown so much, formed an incredible team of volunteers and have saved thousands of lives and we will continue to save more and more lives every year.
