My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charming, Stylish, Goofy

Introducing Xeven!

This guy is cautious at first but Xeven is very friendly and sweet once he feels comfortable. He is easygoing and likes hanging around people and seeing what's up. Sometimes he comes across as a dignified old man while at other times he turns into an adorable hyperactive kitty! He can get spooked by sudden movements or loud noises but quickly goes back to his calm self.

Considering his age, his agility and energy level surprised his foster. He loves playing with feathers and will even jump to catch them. If he's bored, he might start seeing imaginary mice and birds. He loves to reach for things and stretch out with his long arms and legs. He likes exploring and gets the zoomies at random times too!

Xeven is affectionate and will sleep and sleep next to you. He will come up to your hand and ask for pets or give you little kisses. While he loves chin and ear scratches, he'll let you know when he's had enough and he's not the biggest fan of being held. Interestingly, though, Xeven is a very quiet kitty. He only meows when his foster pets him sometimes or when he feels lonely at night.

While at the cattery, he got along with other cats that were respectful and weren't too overwhelming for him. While in foster care, he met the resident cat and did well. However, he has not been around dogs or kids while with his foster.

One of the cutest things about Xeven is he is very creative with his paw placements and could totally be a paw model! He is elegant in his own fun way and clearly very lovable. He would do best in a calm home without loud noises or lots of people constantly moving around. Xeven would likely appreciate having a person (or people!) who would play with him regularly and give him pets when he asks.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
