Cowboy is a resilient 2-3-year-old black lab mix with a heartwarming story and a bright future ahead. This charming boy was rescued from the streets of Mexico, where he faced a tough start to life. When he was found, Cowboy was suffering from severe hair loss due to parasites. However, thanks to dedicated care and his incredible spirit, Cowboy has fully recovered and now sports a beautiful, thick coat. He has a contagious zest for life and is quick to warm up to strangers, making everyone he meets feel like an old friend. His affectionate nature and playful demeanor make him a perfect companion for anyone looking to add some joy to their life. This smart pup knows his basic commands—sit, down, etc.—and he walks well on a leash. As a young dog, Cowboy will need regular exercise to keep him happy and healthy. He's a medium energy dog, making him an excellent match for a family with older kids who can play with and love on him. Cowboy gets along well with other respectful dogs, so he could easily fit into a home with canine siblings. While his interactions with cats are unknown, his adaptable and friendly nature suggests he could learn to get along with feline friends too. Cowboy is ready to find his forever home where he can share his love and loyalty. If you're looking for a pup to snuggle up with on the couch (Cowboy loves to watch TV!) and an adventure buddy all in one, Cowboy could be the perfect dog for you.

We are a small organization made up of volunteers with the passion we all share. Heather has been involved with rescue, training, and adoption for close to twenty years. She is highly skilled and very passionate. Mike covers back end business stuff. He has adopted two dogs via Heather. One of then is from Iran and the other is from Mexico. Both dogs have medical needs and are just amazing considering their histories. Bruce is involved with orphanages in the Ukraine and through the orphanages there came lost dogs in need. Tails of Mana has placed several of these amazing dogs. Sarah works with orphanages and dog rescue in Mexico. Sarah's relationships and here constant travel are a huge part of our Tails Of Mana cross border relationship.
