My story

Maggie's story began in Texas, where she found herself as a stray in an overcrowded shelter. Luckily, she made her way to Colorado to escape a dire fate. Now, this 3-year-old calico has been waiting a month to find her forever home.

Maggie is a social butterfly who adores people. She's not shy about sharing her thoughts and feelings-she loves to chat about her day and be the center of attention! We suspect she might be part duck with her funny little quack she lets out when she's excited!

Whether it's lounging together or binge-watching Netflix, Maggie is happiest snuggled up with her human. She's never met a lap or chest she didn't like. Maggie also loves to play with her wand toy, so if you've got a warm lap, a free hand to play, and a can of Fancy Feast, Maggie will repay you with a lifetime of love!

While Maggie's history with other pets is uncertain, she has the potential to thrive as an only-cat or in a home where she's the sole focus of your affection. She appears to be afraid of other cats but may come around to a cat-friendly, calm dog. Either way, with her friendly demeanor and love for companionship, Maggie promises to bring warmth and joy to your home.
