Hi there! My name is Willis, and I am the sweetest little man you'll ever meet! I had a rough start in life, spending some time on my own with my siblings. Thankfully, Peak Lab Rescue and my wonderful foster family came to our rescue. Now, I'm ready and excited to find my forever home!
I'm around 10 weeks old and currently weigh about 8-10 pounds. While I still need to gain a bit of weight, I'm a big fan of food. My foster mom makes sure I get fed three times a day to help me grow strong and healthy.
I'm a very good boy who loves to please and snuggle. I'm learning my name and making great progress with potty training, thanks to the consistent schedule my foster mom keeps for me. I do well in my kennel both during the day when my foster mom is working and overnight. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and am very respectful of my elderly foster cat. I would thrive in a home with another patient dog who can help teach me the ropes.
My early experiences have made me a bit shy, and I can be startled by loud neighborhood noises like mowers and trimmers. My foster mom is helping me feel safe by sitting with me in the front yard as I get used to new sounds and experiences. I'm not quite ready for long walks around the neighborhood yet, but I'm working on building my confidence. With patience and love, I'll become a confident and happy little guy.
My foster family loves me dearly, and they know you will too! Are you ready to welcome a sweet, loving, and eager-to-learn puppy into your home? If so, I can't wait to meet you!
