We must have an application to move forward.
LEXIS is one of 3 pups that came in as a litter. She is the cutest with fine bones. Very active and happy, she will make a great family dog. We expect her to get to be about 25#...not too big and not too small. We are not sure of the breed…as she is not large like a Lab or small like a Chihuahua. She is probably a Terrier mix.
The litter came to us from a new acquaintance that was trying to save them from being dumped. The people planning to dump them gave them to our new friend of which we agreed to accept them into our rescue. They were friendly and happy but needed medical care which we gave them. In no time at all they were happy-campers and ready to go. We estimate their DOB at 2/29/2024.

This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period."

After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. Adoption Fees
The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting.
All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog.
HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters.
