My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leia is a very friendly and cuddly 6 year old husky mix. She has average energy levels, she is delighted to go on hikes or runs but also is happy to sleep all day at home. She doesn't demand a lot of attention but is still playful. She loves people and has tested well with cats and children.

The difficult aspects:
Leia has moderate separation anxiety. She is also strong enough to break out of wire and airline crates. She would do best with someone who has separation anxiety experience or a home with multiple people so often someone is able to be home with her.

She does not like most dogs, so she would be best in a home where she is the only dog. However, she loves puppies, so if an adopter wanted a second dog in the future, she could do very well.

The great aspects:
She is extremely affectionate and friendly. She loves to cuddle and is very low maintenance at home. She has no fears around sounds, she is great at the vet, doesn't really beg, and doesn't chew things she should
