My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nora! Beautiful Nora is a sweet, sedate lady who loves hanging out with humans but is not quite ready to share space with another cat. Nora was found as a stray, appearing out of nowhere and walking right up to her fosters to say hello, boop her nose into their hands, and move all around and in between their legs. She was definitely ready to find a home! Nora is acclimating very well to life as a house cat and it's been rewarding for her fosters to teach her how to play with danglers, roll around with catnip toys, and generally enjoy a life of leisure. She will sleep right next to you if you let her, and will boop absolutely anything you put near her sweet little leonine face. 🦁 Nora is spayed and has a clean bill of health, and the vet estimates her age to be around 9 months to a year.

Nora would prefer a home without other pets or young children. Contact us to meet Nora!

Adoption fees are $200/adult and $225/kitten. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, FeLV/FIV testing, FVRCP vaccine and booster(s), microchip with lifetime registration, and flea and parasite treatment as necessary.

All kittens are spayed/neutered by JerseyCats prior to adoption if they are old enough, or after adoption. Spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.

The first step in our adoption process is our application, which can be found at jerseycats.org. This doesn’t commit you to anything at all, of course, but allows us to learn a little bit more about you and the type of cat(s) or kitten(s) you are looking for.

Thanks for your interest in adopting!
