Meet Houston, an energetic and playful puppy full of life and love. His sweet nature and friendly demeanor make him a favorite among staff and volunteers alike. His cuddly side shines through when he's tired from his playful antics, seeking out the nearest lap for a cozy nap. Houston does have a penchant for some intensive chewing and can be a bit jumpy at times, but that's all part of his charming puppy personality. Of course, he needs help with leash walking and house training. Luckily, he won't run away while off leash. He's a social butterfly, thriving on attention and companionship. He was given up because his family didn't have enough time for him. He hates being alone. His slightly needy nature simply means he'll be your devoted companion, always happy to be by your side. He's a bundle of joy, always ready to engage in a fun game or two with his canine friends at the shelter. He is playful with some dogs but unfriendly towards others so you'll need to bring your dog to meet him to be sure they get along. He's friendly and playful with children and enjoys cuddling. He knows the sit command. He weighs 30 pounds and enjoys running, tugging, toys, walks, and water. Houston's lively spirit and loving heart make him the perfect addition to any home looking for a loyal friend and playful companion. (tw 10/1/2024)
