My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cookie!

Our sweet Parti Poodle girl is looking for her forever home. Cookie is only 1 year & 10 months old and a petite girl at only 40lbs

Cookie came to us after her owner passed away and family wasn't able to keep her. She has adjusted well, LOVES playing with other dogs and would love a backyard to romp around in with her friends She is a super sweet girl who is both house trained and crate trained.

She is currently in Sarasota and is vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. She is awaiting her spay surgery and that is covered by us. Her adoption fee is $450.

More about this rescue

We are a non-breed specific dog rescue group, although we do tend to take in mostly large and extra-large breeds, and especially those in the hunting / sporting groups.

Love for Paws exists to protect and advocate for dogs in our community through responsible adoption, the donation of supplies and veterinary care to those in need, by assisting in the effort to limit the overpopulation of these animals and by promoting kindness and healthy opportunity for life.
