My name is Beau!

Hi, I`m Beau - a fitting name for me because I am beautiful inside and out. I am a shy pup who is looking for a quiet home that can take life at my speed. I can take time to get comfortable, but once I do I`m super sweet and love to crawl into your lap. I adjusted really quickly to my foster home, but the outside world is still really scary to me and I need a patient person who can help me through my fears. It`ll take me a little while to trust you (treats help!) but once I do, I want to be by your side. I`m pretty mellow for a young guy, and am happy to just lay by you if you`re watching tv or relaxing, but sometimes you`ll see my puppy energy when I bound after my doggie foster brother. I really like him - having another dog in the house is great and I look to him for reassurance. Of course, if there`s already a dog in my potential new family, we`d have to meet first to make sure we click.

I`m doing great with learning my potty training and am a quick learner. I`m generally pretty quiet (though I`ll let you know if someone is at the door). I like to play with my stuffed toys, but most of all I just want to snuggle up next to you. Do I sound like the perfect dog to you? Come on down to meet me today!
