Boone purrs like an engine. He is a quiet, sweet, and observant boy. Unless he thinks it is time to eat, then he will let out loud meows and be in the middle of all the felines to get to the food station first. Boone is very food motivated. He likes most toys but those where you interact with him are the most fun. When Boone wants your attention and you are not giving it, he will sometimes gently wrap his paws around your leg or tap you with his paw to let you know he is there. He gets along well with the resident cats in his foster home. He is cautious of dogs, especially those who are active, loud and get in his personal space. Boone will need some time to adjust to his new home. He will be best suited for a less chaotic one. He seems to be most comfortable around calm and gentle humans. He may not be in your lap 24/7 but does like to be held, petted, and near you. Boone says his facial expression has nothing to do with how much he likes you.
