Meet Rocky! Rocky is a gentle soul with a calm demeanor. He has recently completed heartworm treatment and is now healthy and ready to find his forever home! His journey began when he was found at a McDonald's with an embedded shock collar, which left him with sores on his neck. Now, he's ready to move on to a brighter future!
