About:
Meet Petey! Petey is a one-year-old mixed breed with sweet brown eyes. Petey is very explorative and wants to sniff everything so he does pull but he does very well with a firm "NO. Petey loves giving kisses to whoever is willing to take them! Petey does pull when seeing some dogs but not aggressively, more in a playful way. While on the walk, he does lead and zig zag but with direction, he is a good listener. We think with some consistency, patience, and love, Petey will show his loving personality. We hope he finds his forever home and shows such amazing potential

Our adoption procedure is as follows: all potential adopters must fill out a pre-adoption questionarre for adoption approval. You must also bring in proof of owning or renting to ensure your new pet will be allowed in its new home. Please contact us for our adoption fees.

We are the new Animal Shelter facility serving the City of Westminster and Stanton for all of their animal control needs. Our adoption facility adopts out to all cities, you do not have to be a resident of Westminster to adopt. We are a no-kill facility that prides ourselves on excellent medical care for all of our animals and extensive behavior evaluations on every pet we have put up for adoption.
