My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hazel was rescued from the shelter after being in a bad situation on the streets. She is mellow but freindly - wags her tail so fast when she sees you - and is a great couch buddy. She enjoys short walks and a good co-pilot in the car. She is good wiht most dogs but is best as the only dog in a hoime. She has diabetes that is now under control but will need insulin shots - they're really easy and shes a great patient - and has no known complications from her disease. She'd be great for someone who ants a low-energy senior and isnt around other dogs

More about this rescue

Dirty Dog Squad /Zelda's Foundation for Animals is an all volunteer, nonprofit rescue group dedicated to the rescue and placement of homeless pets.. As we work as an small, independent group, each rescue becomes a significant burden to our personal resources, financial, personnel and emotional. Our only source of reimbursement for the personal funds we spend to save these animals is through the generosity of public donations and the adoption fees we charge. As a result, each saved animal becomes an expensive adventure. The challenges of rescuing are worth the joy and satisfaction of saving the life of an animal and having it join a loving household.
