My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This lanky girl will steal your heart!

She knows "sit" and is learning "down" quickly. She loves to chase a toy and will trade you for the next toy, but what she really likes is leaning in for loving. Looking for a companion whose long legs will take her the distance on hikes and whose friendliness will keep you smiling? Come meet Sasha!

More about this shelter

We are a small not-for-profit animal shelter located in Potsdam, NY that serves the Potsdam Community as well as surrounding areas. We strive to serve both residents and the animals. Every animal that leaves our shelter is spayed or neutered. This has helped to significantly reduce the number of stray animals in our area. We kindly accept donations. We hope to continue to reduce this number and continue to place animals in warm and loving homes.
