If you are looking for a great companion who will show you what love and affection feels like I am your guy. I am a super cuddly boy and despite my age I still have the occasional burst of energy and would love to share some laughs with you! I am available for adoption at the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. I have had my spay/neuter surgery, been microchipped and I am up to date on my vaccines! Come meet me at the shelter any day of the week from 12pm-6pm.

Additional adoption info

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.

The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that provides a safe environment for the lost, abandoned, and homeless animals of Charlottesville and Albemarle County and places them in good homes. We strive to set a standard of excellence and leadership in animal care, humane education, and progressive animal welfare programs. Our staff and volunteers are passionate about caring for the animals in our shelter and placing them in good homes.
