My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Quin!

Quin is the epitome of a social butterfly in the cat world! At just around 1 year old, this sweet girl has a natural knack for making friends. The moment she meets a new cat, she instantly bonds and often seeks out a cuddle buddy, making her the perfect companion for any feline.

Rescued earlier this year, Quin is ready to find her forever home where she can be pampered and loved alongside other furry friends. She enjoys being petted and is always up for some gentle affection.

Come visit Quin in our V room at 5150 Palm Valley Rd #403, PVB FL 32082, and see for yourself how delightful she is! She can't wait to meet you!

More about this rescue

Welcome to Love Me True Rescue. This rescue began out of my overwhelming love of animals. From injured birds to stray dogs, growing up I always felt compelled to save animals in need. While living up north, I had the opportunity to volunteer at a local shelter. I met many sweet animals who ended up being euthanized for lack of space or for being deemed "unadoptable". One dog in particular who broke my heart, was Penny. She was a boxer mix and one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. After being returned to the shelter twice for fear aggression she was put to sleep. I wasn't able to save her life, but I knew this was my calling, and I vowed to save others like my Penny. By the grace of God (and wonderful donors and volunteers) I have been able to start this rescue, knowing I have been equipped to help these homeless and unwanted cats. This rescue's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find safe forever homes for kittens and cats who would be euthanized or abandoned. I thank you for your support and love. This is for you, Penny!

God Bless,

Lisa Di Donato
